By accessing or using ReelsVault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ReelsVault is a tool that helps you save, organize, transcribe, and search Instagram Reels you send via direct message. The Service includes a web application, desktop application, and Instagram integration.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
ReelsVault offers a paid subscription plan billed monthly. Payments are processed through Polar. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
We may offer a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

You retain ownership of any content you save through the Service. Instagram Reels you save remain the intellectual property of their original creators. ReelsVault does not claim ownership of any content processed through the Service.
The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ReelsVault and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
When you save a Reel, we download the video, generate a transcript, and create searchable metadata. This data is stored securely and accessible only to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelsVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your stored data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
